1920s French Red Brick Cotton Ribbed Short Jacket Silver Metal Buttons Open Front Opera Theatre

1920s French jacket made for opera costume. Lovely muted red brick ribbed cotton fabric which nice and durable. Open front style with large silver metal embossed buttons which are purely decorative. Pockets are also false. Lined in cotton. Shoulder padding. Aristide Boyer, Marseille costumier stamp in the long.

Measurements taken when flat: 21” underarm to underarm, 19” across the shoulders, 8 1/2” arm opening at the shoulder, 21 1/2” sleeves, 18” long at the back from neck to hem.

Overall condition is great. Freshly laundered.
