1930s - 40s French Blue Speckled Shirt Workwear Chore Darned Patched Repaired

Really great c. 1930s -40s French blue workwear shirt. The cotton is blue and white: speckled in appearance. Pointed collar. Many patches and darned repairs. I love the creativity shown on this piece. 

A wonderful example of French workwear which has been worn and repaired over time.

Measurements: 20” underarm to underarm, 16 1/4” across the shoulders, 20 1/2” sleeves, 34” long at the front from neck to hem.

Condition: freshly laundered. There are a few small stains here and there. Many darns and patch repairs.
