1940s French Cotton Canvas Jacket Workwear Chore

1940s French fawn brown cotton canvas jacket. Three front pockets and one inside. Nice elegantly cut collar. Made by Au Fusil, Amiens. 

Measures: 19” underarm to underarm, 17” shoulders, 23” sleeve length, 29 1/2” from neck to hem.

Condition: freshly laundered. There is a paint mark on the back as shown. A grey mark and a darned repair on the right elbow area. Lots of patina .Cuffs are a bit frayed. There is an elastic threaded through at the waist so you can cinch it, but it’s only threaded one side so needs threading properly. Some seams are a little open.
