C.1940s Transylvanian black wool traditional folk vest. Open style with pockets. Decorative buttons. Velvet trim. Four front pockets. Lovely floral fabric trim on the inside.  A nice sturdy wool which holds its boxy shape when worn.

Measures: 16” underarm to underarm, 19 1/2” long from neck to hem 

Condition: freshly laundered on a cold short cycle then steamed. Lots of wear to the edges of the fabric. Two missing buttons on the front .
