19th Century Silk VelvetWaistcoat Vest Black

Antique 19th century French silk velvet waistcoat. Double breasted with two pockets. Black with tiny deep red and taupe. Glass buttons. Cinch back metal buckle. A delightful waistcoat. 

Measurements: 19” underarm to underarm, 17” across the waist, 21 1/2” long in the body 

Great condition. There is some light wear to the inside of the collar. The lining has some marks too. Very light wear indeed at the underarms at edges.
