Antique 1900s French Mantle Cape Grosgrain Beading Silk Black Lace

C.1900 French mantle cape. Black grosgrain silk with beading and lace trim. Sits onto the shoulders. Fastens up the front with metal hook and eyes. Fully lined with back silk. 

Measures: 17 1/4” underarm seam to seam, 14 1/3” shoulders, 47” long from shoulder to longest length, including lace trim. 

Condition: many areas with missing beads. Lace trim is in good condition and just a piece on the right needs stitching back into place. A slight and small hole on the left front shoulder area.
