Antique 19th century French Black Silk Embroidered Vest Waistcoat Glazed Backing

Beautiful 19th century French black silk waistcoat. Embroidered pattern with leaves covers the edges and pockets. Covered silk buttons. Glazed cotton backing with a metal buckle to cinch. Two front pockets. All hand stitched.

Measures: 21” underarm to underarm, 13” shoulders, 21” across the waist (will cinch in at the back to make small) , 24” long

Great condition. Just the lining has some small marks and discolouration.
