Antique early 1900s French Opera Theatre Costume Leopard pattern Woven Wool Red Trim Metal Plates

Early 1900s French opera costume tunic. Woven leopard pattern wool. Red wool trim. Lined in cotton. Three metaL plates adorn the front. Scalloped hem. Leather straps and buckles at the sides. A true wearable treasure. Many identification stamps in the lining. Appears to be all hand stitched. 

Measures: 21 1/2” underarm to underarm, 23” from shoulder to hem 

Condition: freshly laundered and steamed. The red wool trim has many moth holes. One of the metal plates is a bit bent. Otherwise great shape.
