Antique French 19th Century Woven Cotton Blue Renaissance Style Breeches Trousers Pants Gold Metal Ribbon Lace Trim Theatre Opera Costume

19th century made French costume breeches. Beautiful Jacquard woven cotton fabric and lined on linen. Gold metal ribbon trim at the sides of the legs. Lace trim at the hems. Button fly. 

Size: XXS a very short rise so please check the fit as they are made for a small frame 

measurements: 29” waist, 8 1/2” rise, 16” inside leg including the lace trim, 24” outside leg including lace trim, 32” hips 

Condition: freshly laundered with cool water and a gentle detergent. There is some discolouration on the front near the fly and also in the lower front of the legs. There are some lighter marks on the back upper right and a scattering of rust stains on the left side. Please inspect the photos and ask any questions you may have.
