Antique French ruffle capelet collar chiffon silk

Antique early 1900s French chiffon silk ruffle capelet collars. Fastens the front with two metal hook and eyes. 

Measures: 22 inches wide approximately. 13 inches long

Overall very good condition there is just a section on the right front where the chiffon has been cut or torn. This could be rolled and sewn into place to keep it from further damage.
