Antique French Silk Waistcoat Double Breasted Buttons Oyster Floral Early 1900s

Beautiful antique early 1900s French silk vest. Brocade woven pattern interspersed with small peachy orange silk embroidered flowers. Two front pockets. Mother of pearl buttons.

Measures: 34” chest, 13” shoulders, 16” across the waist area, 21” long in the body

Condition: there are repair stitches at both sides of the underarms where it was once split. There is thinnng and wear to the fabric above the pockets. There are rips to the fabric around two of the button areas. Other small areas of thinning and repairs. Light discolouration at the underarms.
