Antique French Opers Costume Jacket Brown Cotton Blue Stripe Sleeves Ribbon Trim Medieval Renaissance

Early 1900s French theatre costume jacket. Brown cotton twill body with striped blue, red, yellow and black cotton sleeves. Lined in linen with costumier stamp and handwritten character/actor names. Blue and purple ribbon trim.

A wonderful and wearable treasure.

Measures: 19” underarm to underarm, 15” shoulders, 8” arm opening from shoulder to underarm, 21”sleeves, 25”  long from top of the shoulder to hem.

Great condition overall. Freshly laundered. Buttons are mismatched.
