Antique French waistcoat dating to the early 1900s, made from richly patterned woven wool in a classic Paisley design, with shades of burgundy-wine, ochre, and a muted brown tone that’s difficult to define precisely. Features a short collar, three curved front pockets, and reddish-brown buttons. The back is made from mustard cotton with an adjustable waist tab. The brass buckle is stamped PARIS SOLIDE. Lined in grey cotton.
