Antique French White Cotton Piqué Skirt Petticoat Scalloped Hem Drawstring Waist

Antique early 1900s French white piqué cotton skirt. Drawstring waist which gathers to tie at the back. Scalloped hem. Embroidered monogram at the waist. 

Measures:  22” - 36” waist, 38” long

Condition: freshly laundered. There is one area at the front with very small  and light grey marks as shown.
