Antique 19th century French Renaissance style hose made for theatre or opera costume. Pink wool with silver grey beaded trim. Green silk base fabric. Metal buckle back cinch. Button fly. Fully lined in cotton. Costumier stamps inside for Aristide Boyer, Marseille.

Measurements: 32- inch to 36 inch waist due to adjustable buckle. 15 inch rise, 12 inch leg opening or doubled for full circumference. 13 inches in full length, 42 inch hips. 

Condition: these have been laundered by hand using cold water and a gentle detergent. Wonderful overall condition. Just some darn repairs at the waist where there were holes.
