Slovakian wool folkwear trousers. These are traditional clothing worn by men in Slovakia. Colourful wool threads are embroidered in decorative designs on the front and down each leg. The lower legs have brass hook and eye fastenings. One front pocket with embroidered floral ribbon trim. The front section is open ready to thread through a belt. Foot stirrups.

Great for a collector and a piece of folk clothing to wear and treasure. These are quite stiff to wear best for a short time or for a photoshoot.

Measurements taken when flat: 16 1/2" across the waist, 12 1/2" rise, 39 1/2" outside leg, 28" inside leg

Great condition overall. There are a few marks and a few moth nibbles. These have been steamed.
