Early 1900s French antique mantle cape black silk grosgrain lace beading

Early 1900s French mantle capelet. Black grosgrain silk with black beaded embroidery. Lace edging and ruffle collar. Fastens with metal hook closures.

Measures: approximately 17” across the shoulders, 28” from shoulder to the longest tip at the front

Condition: the lace has area of damage and holes and could do with either completely replacing of repairs and pieces added. The beading and main body is in great condition. A nice project if you can repair the lace.
